The United States Center for Disease Control has confirmed that two people who have been vaccinated can get together without masks or social distancing. It is recommended that it is done two weeks after the final dose and there is no recommendation that people with an underlying health condition should mix so freely (yet).
Meanwhile in Europe many countries including France and Germany have stopped issuing the Oxford Astra Zeneca vaccine over fears of patients blood clotting. Scientists however have scoffed that science has not played a part in this decision “the small number of reported thrombotic events relative to the millions of administered Covid-19 vaccinations does not suggest a direct link”. Blood clots are common, they said, but not more common in people who have had a Covid jab, from evidence so far.
